the key thing to remember is just to relax, and even if they know u did it, run, trust me, u will thank urself later, most stores wont pay any mind to a kid who stole a 2.25 marker, but still, just incase, its best to go with another person, dont dress to suspicious, and above all else, RUN!!

listen, when u go into the paint isle, with a backpack. walk up to the register with the backpack filled with paint, and buy a pack of GUM, the teller is going to get suspicious as fuck. buy a can of shitty paint. then just use that as ur fireworks

Most Michael's don't even have sensors at the doors. But, just check the box before you take it, and you'll be all set. I know I've racked 2 24 packs of Prisma's from Staple's and no alarm went off. If you need Prisma's, Staples is the place to go.
damn staples here dont sell prismas, but yeah micheals is prolli your best bet, all the workers there are reall old women or like teenage girlls. all of the micheals ive been to havent had sensors, if your scared of taking something in a pack, just take it out or something, chances are tho if u cant see the lil strip that sets of alarms it wont be there
but the thing about taking them out of the box is if u get caught u have to pay for them and some of those art markers are really expensive. but if i got caught with it unopened they might just let me put it back but who knows, i was planning on taking the bus down their but im not sure how the security will be in the area, cause its in a shopping center. theirs circuit city, target,best buy,marshalls, old navy, and a movie theatre plus a shoe store and some restaurants so their might be alot of people but who knows.....

You're still gonna have to pay some, but this works like a charm: Hopefully this hasn't been mentioned before, but this is my preferred way to "rack" seeing as how the stores near me don't allow us in with bags anymore: (I wonder why??? ) THIS TIP WORKS FOR ANY PLACE WITH A SELF-CHECKOUT (AKA basically every store now) EDIT: THE LAST TIME I DID THIS I BOUGHT $150+ WORTH OF CANS FOR $60. SO I DIDN'T TECHNICALLY RACK THESE CANS, BUT I'LL TAKE A FREE $90 WITHOUT ANY REAL WORRY OF GETTING CAUGHT! ----- 1. Go find the cheapest can the store has available. (you know, that shitty $.99-$1.99 paint) 2. Make sure it has a removable UPC code (a UPC sticker that is usually found over-top the upc code that is actually part of the can) 3. Carefully peel it off. (this is very important, the entire code must be INTACT) 4. Place the code on top of your desired can's code 5. Then take a crapload more cans of the good shit and fill up that shopping cart 6. Go to self-checkout and ring up the "modded" can for every can you buy. Every time you ring up that can put one of the other "good" cans in your self-checkout bag. ------- Now you could just not take the sticker off the cheap can and ring up the cheap can for every one of your good cans, but I find it easier to put the sticker on a good can. That way it doesn't look as suspicious and if worst comes to worse, you can say you found it like that and thought the cans were on sale or some bullshit. More: I find the best way to do this without being shady is just ring up your shit so that you are blocking the view of the self-checkout cashier. (I worked this bullshit job for a few months and all we really look for is if you're trying to straight up rack or if you're an idiot that doesn't know how to work a self-checkout- trust me, there's a lot of people in this category) Bring a couple friends to surround you and "help" you put the cans in your bags. Just keep ringing up the cheap can and transferring over the good shit.
