if ur 16 they could charge u as adult but probly not.
u cannot beat the intent to sell charge. it goes by a certain poundage and if ur over that then its intent to distribute, no questions asked.

im going to guess that the warrent was for drugs. if they took any of ur writing supplies u can sue. the only thing to say to cops is nothing. dont give them ANYTHING without talking to a lawyer. seriously. the best thing is to shutup in ur case.
