Yeah, and get charged with gang activity. Real smart. Just keep your mouth shut and don't say shit. They'll take you to the station, you'll sit in a cell for a while. Then they'll let you go with a court date where you show up with a lawyer and either get the shit thrown out or get community service and a little probation. If you make it easy for them to convict you for more than what you got caught for then you're gonna get fucked alot harder. They didn't even take dude in but I'd be claening my house if I were him. He should be expecting a visit from detectives with a search warrant.
