outiles - extra fine deco, sharpie. personnally i use a dual Identi-Pen by Sakura

and for the prismas, u ever so slighy bring the colours together ( but not at a hard line, look at my new piece in tot bbooks to see wat i mean) then soften the lines with a colourles blender

How am I suppose to do graffiti? I live in a rich white suburban neighborhood. I am to young to drive or buy supplies and I don't know anyone who does graffiti
