Crayolas. Why bother with pro tools when you are just starting out with color schemes and shit?
    Sharpies for more colors.
Or just rack prismas or some copics or something.

    OR

Go with colored pencils. You can blend with them, and depending on your paper, can look pretty good. Its just a blackbook piece, for practice and experimenting, nothing wrong with using colored pencils.

well since he should rack whatever he uses I dont see why he shouldnt get the best markers he can. Jet Black I think you should go to whatever art store you go to and go to the markers section. There should be plenty of good options there and you can try them for yourself. We cant do everything for you...

Agreed, but from reading his post it seems as though he actually wants to PAY for them.

What the fuck is everyone talking about? I just wanted to know of some good cheap markers. Where is this like debate coming from? And I have nothing against racking, but that wasnt the fucking question.

But uh... for sketching, colored pencils does sound like the easiest choice I guess. And I might look go pick up those sharpie paint markers, I dont really care if shit gets buffed. And if anyone has used the Touch Twin, let me know how you liked them, I might get a set of those.

@JetBlack: Chill out man, there was no debate. Just a comment and a retort. I answered your question.
If you're going to get sharpie paint markers make sure you get the oil-based kind. Water-based sucks balls, and the oil-based will hold up better no matter if you are writing right on something or making slaps.

Same here...But lots of left handed people tend to have messy hand writing than right handed people. So it doesn't have anything to do if your male or female..It's just the way it goes. I keep working at my hand writing..I can be super neat but it takes forever..So I rather scrall when writing some letter to someone.

left handed people are RIGHT brained. it means we are more artistic/creative. thats why left handed people are quicker to catch optical illusions. and they have better comprehension skills and writing skills. really good artist and stuff are left handed, its bittersweet tho. so much us lefties can do but at the same time our own left hand bites us in the ass because it SMEARS everything lol

Not when you learn how to use stuff correctly it won't smudge/smear.
