I agree with Free. I am still learning letter structure myself. Best place to start. I know the R is just about unrecognizable. Letter structure might end up being practicing the same thing over and over again and tweaking it little by little but its the best place to start.
As a beginner your letters should reflect the most basic form of letter structure such as a regular letter A for example. But in a 3d plane in a sense ..but before all you should learn to do tags and throws as a practical mechanisms and work from there..don't clutter up these forums bor your cities with bullshit toy lettering ...look through previous posts read and take notes ...I've been in this game 11 years and I still consider myself a amateur in a sense here's a pic of a recent sketch View attachment 646923
