I’ve really been lacking on my hands for awhile. I’m really gonna start focusing on them

Just two that I did late last night. Excuse the paper and pencil lines. I was showing my daughter during this lock down how to do simple letters and coloring. Funnily enough, I used her Crayola markers to do this. I'm real rusty if you ask me. As always, get up and be safe.

First time posting. Used to write a lot when I was younger... about a decade ago. Only have cardboard to use for a blackbook but ones in the post already.

    Edit:

Elbow: I’ve been watching this thread without an account for a while and really idk why you post in the toy section you’re fire.

Decoy: The last D is the best there, try to maintain solid bars like that in the rest of your letters.

Doze: Sick canvas, love the blue outline against the silver fill, try to use the center of the canvas for the placement of your piece as the top half is kinda wasted space... unless you decide to put another piece above it.

It’s good to have that kinda idea, keeps the forum from dying... more than they already are lol.

That last one with thw bars is great ! Bring that left leg on the "a" down some more or tilt it the opposite way to off set the weight of the L

Also could follow the flow of the L the opposite on the s bottom

Thanks for the tips, will try that with coming A’s. My pieces are looking better in bar form like that tbh.

    This was done previously

Do you sketch the bottom bars of each letter first or do you do entire letters before moving on to the next?

I appreciate the feed back. I've been out for so long that it is practice getting my flow right. Having to remember to move my entire arm and not just my hand to make it work. I'm just an old head getting back into my book again. It would be hard to explain why a forty something year old gets popped for tagging. As always, get up and stay safe.

I too am in the forty something crowd and cant/wont risk doing illegal stuff anymore! I keep it in my book and on canvas and have been able to get a couple legal walls. Leave running the streets for the young bucks!! Lol
