Been working on a new style, any crits?
Just a suggestion for the lettering. How about you using like more shades of color for inside the letters. I fuck with the details for the curves. Pretty solid.
S/O to X.
I’ve really been lacking on my hands for awhile. I’m really gonna start focusing on them
Just two that I did late last night. Excuse the paper and pencil lines. I was showing my daughter during this lock down how to do simple letters and coloring. Funnily enough, I used her Crayola markers to do this. I'm real rusty if you ask me. As always, get up and be safe.
Second ever canvas which came out a lot better than my first, don't know why i didn't get around to doing these earlier lol
First time posting. Used to write a lot when I was younger... about a decade ago. Only have cardboard to use for a blackbook but ones in the post already.
Elbow: I’ve been watching this thread without an account for a while and really idk why you post in the toy section you’re fire.
Decoy: The last D is the best there, try to maintain solid bars like that in the rest of your letters.
Doze: Sick canvas, love the blue outline against the silver fill, try to use the center of the canvas for the placement of your piece as the top half is kinda wasted space... unless you decide to put another piece above it.
Thanks mang I appreciate the love .
I post here becuse .
.1 its one of the most lively
.2 cus I was told to so many times that I just keep doing it now force of habbit .
.3 I'm like farm truck of the toy section lol
But also if I can help or inspire I'm here haha
I mean I am elbow the asohle any way
It’s good to have that kinda idea, keeps the forum from dying... more than they already are lol.
More cardboardblackbook -
Glad to see you caught the idea of my name lol
That last one with thw bars is great ! Bring that left leg on the "a" down some more or tilt it the opposite way to off set the weight of the L
Also could follow the flow of the L the opposite on the s bottom
Thanks for the tips, will try that with coming A’s. My pieces are looking better in bar form like that tbh.
This was done previously
Girlfriend asked me to try rebel.
Do you sketch the bottom bars of each letter first or do you do entire letters before moving on to the next?
I start with thw back bar on the b .and the crosingi g ba4s then do the bottom then do the L off the b . but its really verys from peace to peace.
Separate names with a comma.
