both ears stretched to 3/4th. they were at 7/8th but i gotta shrink for school. and a 10g septum. im wating to get some tats.
i think 2g is about 6.5mm, actually. 4 to 2 is the first "big" leap in size when it comes to stretching.
btw: for some of you that maybe don`t know it yet.. if you stretch your earlobes to 1cm = 00, they will shrink back if you take out the jewelry ... Of course not in all cases..
the piercing can tear if you put the ring in straight away becuase of the swelling not always but its not recomended..
im from the obx area (nags head kitty hawk) like right below the virginia line but i was working at dyeing rites tattoo and body piercing in elizabeth city. and on the topics of rings in initial lip piercings i would say both yes and now it really depends on the person excessive swelling with a ring in will cause intense discomfort and irrritation to the piercing site if the lip begins to push on the ring. i prefer to measure the distance from the top of the lip go 3/8"s of an inch down and pierce using a labret stud that way theres no worry about swelling and irritation and when it heals a 3/8" diameter CBR will fit on and be snug with the lip. its all personal preference though.
ok i did a smiley piercing on myself the other day is there any way to make it not so fuckin uncomfortable? im not gonna keep it in cause my teeth will break if i get punched in the face, but i had it for like a day and that sucked

Orajel baby. and to Woe, most good piercers will give you lengthened studs regardless of where it is on your lip, this isnt to say that you will swell up like a mother fucker, this is solely in case you do. when i got my lip pierced it didnt swell up, nearly, at all, but i still wore the lengthened studs in for the week and a half while they healed. i really want to get spider bites or one piercing on the left side of my lip next, i think. to EgoZen, its not that they won't shrink back at a 0g, its that going past that for most people is detrimental for their lobes, and just because you have a 0g stud in doesnt mean that your ear is stretched to a 0. it could be and is probably past that as your lobes allow for wiggle room around your plug. anyone have any organics up for trade, or sale at a two or a ten?
