Once that paint is in the nib it's near on impossible to get it to work again. I've tried a load of different solvents, nothing works.

^ Yeah. Just but a replacement nib if you can, or unscrew the marker and pop that paint into a seperate empty marker.

haha i hear ya...i was making a reference to how one washes their hair. but the answer, well the answer i quite often use is, any sort of solvent...paint thinner, peroxide works, but not well... you get the picture.

Maybe fill the marker with the solvent solution, then just hit up peices of cardboard until its clean? Do the same with water after to rinse it out and let it dry?

I just got my OTR Flowpen in the mail and I'm gonna try and make it a point to keep fresh nibs on hand at all times.... *shrug* They aren't expensive and it beats dicking around with solvent.
