And in regards to the locked grain cars, I've never seen or heard of that before myself. I'd imagine it's due to either the car rolling a bit, or perhaps rolling during loading/unloading. I'm interested though
maybe, but from what i've heard from people(the ones that told me where they were) they are locked up there for the winter cause they don't need them. so they don't really need to lock them up, here's a picture of what the place looks like kind of...
