Where i'm from you need to be 16 to buy paint, yeah 16 with ID. A couple of hip-hop shops where i used to buy good paint (montana, monster etc) don't sell it to people without ID. Its heavy shit.

18 y/o in hawaii for most stores. specialty shops make their own policies since its not a law but its something hardware stores here are doing to "stomp out the vandalism".
here (SD) they lock thier paint up. but sumtimes thier open (i duno why) and you can just take them to the "pay yourself" stand or whatever. those machines cant really check how old you are..
if you hav problems just make a fake passport copy, scan your passport page, change the 4-5 numbers that you need to and then print it in black and white and tell them its a photocopy of your passport always works and takes 30mins........,.
just buy the paint /or rack it if they ask for ID just say i left it in my car always works with me in walmart SOUMI MOI MALLE MITAA VITTU!
the corner store near me dont give a shit but if i go into the big shops to get heaps of colours i have to go with someone older so they dont ask any questions coz shits harsh u have to be 18 just to get into the triple peddlocked paint lockups so theres no way u can rack either
Where I live theres no age limit, but if there was i would either get my mom to buy it or I would rack it. Alot of my paint is racked tow.
Yea... In Florida it is 18 years old for paint but I get it for free my mom works at HomeDepot so She gets it for me.
