Looks like a photoshop trick, you make a layer duplicate layer, drag it under the original sketch, surround the sketch in white then add an outer glow. I could be wrong.

 

wow are you serious...your calling him a biter because he's drawing some human anatomy. if you knew anything at all about art you would know that all really good artists study anatomy so they can learn muscle and bone structure. this has been going on for centuries. original artists used to disect the humans and study the structure....now thankfully we have numerous books and internet sources so there is no need to cut apart your neighbor (unless their dog shit on you lawn again...there's always exceptions). but seriously there is no way you can call him out on biting just for doing his homework and improving on his skills.

yeh well i wldnt have a problyem if it wasnt as much of a bite as it is...in fact it is almost identicle as a pic in the book, so if u start lettin people copy that shit an get recognised for it, it just wont be art anymore, a copy for inspiration is alright but a complete bite is outa the fuckin question.
