wow, i didnt know pilots were that hard to come by. they have them at the hobby lobby/ art supply store. like 20 mins from my place.

Pilots are good, as are tagstars.
Why doesnt anyone like them?
When you get it leave it upside down overnight, then flood it and yer sorted.
And what's the big deal about those soultips? They just look like a big bingo dabber, correct me if i'm wrong.

nahh dude, you cant get really good bingos around here so you just get soultips.
theyre mad cheap too.

anybody got some nib cleaning tips?
i had an emptry htb that still had ink in its nib but i filled it up with DED and i guess the DED clogged the nib when it mixed with the htb that was already in it.

 

depends on wat u have in it, some could be w. water, ofthers could be w. thinner. and it also depends on wat the nib is made out of.

 

correct me if im wrong but both h2b and ded are alcohol based therefore he should be able to soak the nib in some rubbing alcohol to get it to free up.

 

Yeah try rubbing alcohol. I've never seen pilots at hobby lobby. I got two pilot refills today though. As well as some zines. I love the pilot ink.

I have one it's almost paint like. I like it pretty well but haven't really done tags with it. Nah my hobby lobby is good, they have so many prismacolors and shit. I usually just go to Michaels though

same wit mine zigs and dabbers out the yin yang and my walmart has daubers and at michaels look in scrap booking they have mini soul tips and there this place in marietta called joanns they have metal sharpie oil paint markers that are huge and all kinds of marker and such that you can drain and make your own

 

today was the first time ive gotten a kiwi shoe mop and like.. daaamn there a lot smaller then i thought they would be.. still worth it?
