don't front the region is dope for photos you just have to find em everyone don't judge the city(s) by his photos
is this your new theme for the photo battle? could you elaborate on that a little, like how its different from street photography
really liking that tree ak If canada was so cosmetically boring, they wouldnt come here to film so many movies for talking. not sure if i posted this already [Broken External Image]:http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/5507/ssharp.jpg
Thanks. They are Government housing in the city.. full of very weird people. They had just got a new paintjob and they are cool examples of architecture in the 1940's.
San Diego's coast, meng. Also the Pacific Northwest and Montana are both fucking beautiful regions of the states.
Never been to MTN (Hurr hurr) San Diego's coast, gotta' say, not the most beautiful I've seen, and I love my city. But SD's docks, where they keep the galions and old ships, THAT is a fucking photo op.
our city is lame and you know it.. there is obviously great shit to shoot and all but it has nothing exciting to look at for say like toronto or hamilton or even the falls is decent for photos.. more exciting things to capture.. st.c is mainly boring fields and small wanker buildings but i do have to say we have some nice nature areas for sure.
i guess thats the difference between you and me you just snap shots im benchin' the whole city and take take my time at it
i find other cities more interesting then my own thats all.. no hate just my opinion. [Broken External Image]:http://img691.imageshack.us/img691/3020/dsc0004ga.jpg tdot

after you post pictures look at them again and ask yourself, would this be interesting to a stranger? if you dont find that the pictures would make the person go whoa, wow, or ooooh chances are they're no good. instead of walking around waist shooting. go up to the guy playing the bongo, turn your camera off auto and take the time to frame him nicely and take a nice portrait. that being said i don't mind the one of the guys in the cherry picker but if you can figure out how to use your camera a bit more the colors could come out much nicer and vivid. just play around with settings and figure it out, dont stop shooting. your 10 000 first shots will be your worst. that last sentence aren't my own words, its someone's quote but its stuck with me.
this picture requires further explanation. and yeah waffles right. look at the subject of your picture compared to how much unnecesarry information your providing. in the one of the naked chick, we really dont need to see the people on the edges drinking coffee, the tree, the weird post thingy, etc. you can make a much stronger image by isolating your subject
Level your shots out, too. I dunno if you have photoshop, but there's a level feature that lets you find the horizontal and vertical points of the image and even it out so everything is straight.
So I'm wondering, how much editing normally goes into your photos? Usually, I just fuck with the saturation, contrast and brightness, but I was wondering if you guys normally do more/less than that?
