In the Intermediate section, on the first page, on the first sentence it states, "This will be the Illest section of the Toy Forum." Is this an oxymoron?
they do , no one wants too see em though...dunno where you dont see lots of panels from northamerica anyways...rare stuff. check streetfiles..youll find toy panels somewhere...

naw I got caught stealin from there when i was like 14 had to go to a few classes and thats it. Wasn't suppose to go back in walmart unnaccompanied by an adult or until I was 18. Went there all the time anyway never had anyone say anything.
If your talkin bout handstyles on walls, I use Krink K60s or Pr1m0's crusher mops with smash. Or those big-ass plastic-shell decos. Those are the dopest things you can rack.
window chalk mops, same as the junobos, and kiwi mops filled with thinned bucket paint. also have a montana pump valve marker, i just fill it with my homemade ink, it just doesnt get used much, im a fiend for discount paint, and im always buying new/mixing colors, black ink just isnt as exciting for me anymore. i literally have 4x the colors than i do mops.
I went to do a white on black throw, got the black fill down and went to do the outline in white and the white just looked like shit cause it hardly even covered the black at all. is white on black a bad idea? cause that throw looked like SHIT
no its all your paint its shit ...with shit paint gotta wait for the fill to dry ..... or your just critical of your work which is a plus
