I racked my first few prismas today. I must say I like them alot. Makes my sketches look much cleaner then using colored pencils.

Wow. Pretty impressive deco collection. I cant get a hold of any multicolor ones like that. Woodcraft huh? Do you just use them on wood or do you have other uses for them? Just wondering. Same thing about fabric decos.. Just clothes or are they good on paper?

Viate- Your work is nice, but stop posting it in Toy Story. Post it in toy blackbook.

That goes for everybody. I'm going to start deleting sketches from this thread.

 Beg to differ with you Miser... I purchased a Zig glue pen from Hobby Lobby a couple weeks ago and filled it with ink. Upon snapping a picture of it to post on the forum, I was startled to find a sudden extra 3 inches packed away. The girth was what really shocked me.

    Nice collection kid. ;)

I have a question about 3D. Now I wondered this if it was just traditional so the letters could be seen or something or if I'm just not seeing the 3D right. Now look at this Base piece.

    [Broken External Image]:http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/4271/3dct1.png

I circled the parts that the letter overlaps but there is no 3D. Why is this. I notice a lot of writers do this and I do it too just because everyone else did. It seems like when a letter overlaps, the 3D stops. Can anyone tell me why?

Dude the other night I was out bombin solo and two dudes stroll up on me like hey, stop-dont go anywhere. so I bolted like a sumbitch and when i made it back to my hotel(I was out of town) I saw two cops drive in.
I kicked it in my room with the lights off and got through it, but I was Paronoid as a MFer.
Yo I was spooked I ran faster than an Olympic sprinter and almost got hit by a truck.

Because if each letter's 3d overlaps the other's then it just wouldn't look good. Plus the addon's 3d would be REALLY hard to do. If you just do a 3d on the piece as a whole instead of individual letter's 3ds then it looks like the whole piece is on the same level instead of being unbalanced
