if u want a graff can go to ur local hardwear store buy pvc primer, it stains and is the exact same thing u can dump out the primer, or use it all up but either way just clean that shit up and u have the exact same thing!

it isnt needed. dot 3 brake fluid is used in INK not PAINT. it is used in ink to slow down the drying time and let the ink penetrate the surface to stain better.
