do you have any better pictures? looks like it has some socal style modifications how bad was the rust? how is the condition of the rest of the car? just wondering because my 74 super beetle only cost $500 the sellers didn't really know much about beetles though so it was pretty easy to talk them down when i pointed out all the stuff that was wrong with it. the most severe is the frame head. its badly rusted, and actually is completely falling apart near the tierod. its so unstable that it gets really bad shakes above 25mph

ya i got better pics, i will upoad some through flickr cause imageshack sucks the rust on this one is fine, i seen a tiny spot in some crevices here in there, nothing too bad, and ya this car has alot of socal done to it, its got the original pop out side windows, i believe its got a 65' hood and engine hood, and also its be dechromed as you can see oh and the guy was very detailed, every bolt on this caar is stainless steel, the floor pans were acid dipped, he lowered it too the only shit part about this car was the interior, a racoon got inside and tore it up btw i love your beetle, my mom had one that look just like it ill try and post pics of my dads car, its called a puma, its from brazil and its mostly vw http://www.flickr.com/photos/28224506@N05/ that link is my photostream ish
