I don't know where you heard "most disturbing scene" about that scene...I personally thought that was a bit sad/gross though, felt bad for the thing, seein' it move around after its head chopped off and all. Poor thing. But if you watch the movie you'll see shit like this bitch get raped with a stone, at least 2 beheadings, an impaled bitch, (you can see the top part on wiki) guys leg get amputated and some other shit...can't really remember it all. Oh there's a few scenes where they kill animals. An a I thought the most disturbing scene, on a psychological level was when this dude and his 2 buddies raped this chick while his girlfriend was there...like that shit was normal to them. I'd like to beat the fuck out of any dude who thinks its just okay to rape ANY girl...and in front of his girl? like seriously, wtf? I wish he woulda got HIS dick cut off.

Also I found it interesting that monkey scene from faces of death was fake...that scene made me sad when I watched it awhile ago.
Yeah, that bastard should have recieved the death penalty without a question. This happened in the 90's! He was out of jail by fucking 2005. I'm normally against the death penalty but the death penalty wasn't enough for him. He deserved something truly worse.
Damn just watched teeth, I think that was pretty fuckin' hard to stomach just because of the pysche of it...I mean, OW. The last gruesome scene really made my stomach physically hurt. Dude had a fuckin' piercing in it too.
