The one time insomnia helps.
Work out during the day, get a job, do something that will make you tired and you'll fall asleep for sure that night. Smoking weed always helped me fall asleep I quit just recently though.
working out helps alot. or sports. or bombing. or you could always pop a sleeping pill
sleep in multiples of three hours and youll be fine
ex. 3 6 9 blahblha
my sleeping is fucked im geting like 2/3 hours a night
nonononno the issue is i bomb very alte get home and end up not sleeping at al or sleeping during the day so i become very nocturnal

i jackoff till i passout.
i take a nice long bath after im done bombing, depending on whos home and at what time i came back home.. then its pretty relaxing to go back to sleep.. well for me i guess ..

i just woke up its 3 o clock in the morning, and i can tell im not gunna b asleep till 4 or 5. god damnit i hate my sleeping habits.

i get home from a long night of bombin, somtimes im hyped, like "Yeah i got alotta pieces up tonight!!"...then i start drawing in my blackbook untill i fall asleep wake up the next morning and finish styling it, go rak or buy cans (depending on the situation) same night do it all over again....ONE BIG CYCLE...thats one way to become good a graff to....
