all city:extremely simple concept.originated in new york...definition first being to destroy all lines.then later meaning all 5 boroughs.so,if you equate that to the "city" of miami that would mean...destroying!!!coral gables,coconut grove,little havana,overtown,downtown,allapattah,wynwood,liberty city,little haiti,etc...for example miami beach is not in the city of miami or aventura or north miami for that matter.or for you down south heads,kendall,cutler ridge,and homestead are also not in the "city".therefore,anything in broward..well,that goes without saying. when crome and crook followed in GB's footsteps bombing I95 very hard through dade and broward county during their short lived run,they were not up in key areas that would be neccessary to claim an all city title.when twice,weve,info,inch and the other stv heads made their run was the closest to an all city destruction that you guys could maybe remember in recent memory.meaning 90's and beyond. you have to understand that going all city means being up in all these neighborhoods not just the main highways that pass thru them.there were writers that went at the title hard like aim crew in the 80's.there has been no one in the last 10 years who could stake a claim at an all city title when being compared to what stv and aim did.or even what GB and then crome and crook did later.
