nice idea for the 2nd one, bring the S closer to the E though, and angle that O and E more to mirror the P and E if you get what I'm sayin. The PE look nice, the S would be good if it was down a tad and to the left so the bottom was touching the E, and then do the same with the O and E as you did with the PE. Maybe start the O at the bottom so that pointed part is at the bottom and its just a curve at the top if you get what im sayin

I think that first PESOE would look better with a regular underline on it.

Nah: I would shorten the H a bit, capitalize it and pull the underline in the last photo up a bit. Maybe round the A in from the top left a bit. other than that, as is, I like it.
