Tried writing it a few different ways just cause and tried not to go too crazy. IMO basically any name can look good if it isnt random gibberish. Nothing makes blent a terrible name but I had some trouble making the B fit with the other letters. Keep in mind that it could work better in a different style so these examples might not help at all. For finding tags in general try writing other random tags or words down. See if some letter combinations are good or if some are awkward or leave a lot of space or so on. Maybe dont focus so much on a name and practice getting stong consistent letters first. Eventually you might stumble on something that just flows. Practice with pens, markers, etc. since line thickness will affect how letters look and how well it reads.
Is that fully vertical? Looks very nice imo, could add an arrow going down to the left side. Very drippy indeed, I like it. You pick your tag but Id advice going something easier at first. L, N, T are hard letters to make look good/stand out even if youre experienced so even "Bent" would be easier but you do you. Letters that are more easily standing out like R, K, S are better at giving you the idea how to improve your handstyle, atleast was for me when starting.
unnecessary philly style, go simple fatter pen makes it easier so use marker > pen edit: Rs are nice, looks good when you end on them and you can extend to your liking. Or I just like them way too much.......
My first day of writing with a can, I’ve been using cheap markers since I started. Crits are welcomed
First post, been lurking for a minute Fucking around with my hand a lil, any advice aside from working on kerning and consistency? Trying to keep it pretty simple
