anyone wanting to learn a wallflip i suggest trying it on a slanted wall with grass. Seriously this move is easier than backflip.

Parkour is GAY !!!!!!!! There is a group at my skool called npg they do parkour, and they suck!!!!!!!!!! they r little rich kids actin like one day theyd hav 2 run away from the police..........! But if u can actually do it and ur good at it its ok......

but ya parkour is fucking sick...i gotta frend that likes to try it. he does flips and shit offa walls at school. the other day we were walking around the track and he went to go do a flip of the bleachers...fucking landed on his neck. i thought the kid was dead. he was all bleeding from his ear and shit. he broke a rib in the process also. good thing he sold his soul to the devil a few years before hand tho.

Parkour is good, me and a freind have just gotten into it, it's a fun way of getting from a to b. As long as you have body strengh its easy

 

I think it`s a great sport ... cause you learn the way of gettin` away from the cops...
