I do not know if anyone here loves peppers and spices like I do. So I thought I might make a thread about these little day killers and see who all is on board with posting pictures and talking about different recipes they have tried and different chillis, chip dips, sauces, and all that they make... I'll start with the basic, but widely loved, Jalapeno Pepper.. View attachment 477251 Also a favorite, that kicked my ass when I ate two at once, Atomic peppers View attachment 477252
i use these two Every day. besides those two on my daily basis, i add fresh cracked pepper to almost everything i eat. freshly cracked pepper taste hellaaa bomb.
Jalapeno Poppers. Yum the cripsy delicate breading with cream cheese, cheddar and sprinkled bacon bits and the fiery delicious pepper.. Such a good time.
what you do is 1)chop up peppers+bacon untill they are kind of fine 2)make a thin patty + place the chopped up bacon and pepper on the patty + add cheese on top 3) add a second thin patty on top.... 4) place on grill = Stuffed burgers [Broken External Image]:http://www.kalamazoogourmet.com/HOTG/images/stuffed_burger_plated_300.jpg
holly fuck, if you made that, what kind of bread did you use in the picture? Burgers are nice, but street meat is soooo good when you're drunk and nothing else is open. I always stuff it with hot sauce and banana peppers.
So ill haha and Im so stoned right now...now I have to get up and make food. Kind of reminds me of something we have where i reside we have "the juicy lucy". -get some ground beef and make thin patties. -grill them thin and kinda sizely, not too huge... -you can either use bread or big rolls, but put the grilled burger on the bun/bread and top it with two slices of cheese, some bacon bits, a couple shakes of tobasco, and some chopped peppers. -press the edges so everything is inside of the bun -pop that on the grill closed in foil and let it heat for a minute best thing ever
Recipe for a sandwich off the top of my head French bread slices, cut thick (for the buns) buttered and toasted with light garlic on them. Two thin patties, uncooked at first. In a seperate bowl, get a cup of Jalapeno peppers, diced up, pepperjack cheese, and provologne cheese, melt down lightly and mix up and then spread this throughout the middle of one patty, not on the edges though, then apply the other patty and seal the edges. Season outside with whatever you like, and grill it. Similar to Kayone707, but the mixture of cheeses should be great. Sounds pretty damn good to me right now!

I remember when I spent a week in Eureka Springs, Arkansas I found a Chili and hotsauce store that had THOUSANDS of brands of hotsauces with so many different peppers. The owners were more than happy to give us a taste of anything we liked and we proceeded to buy MANY bottles of Death Sauce and misc. others. If you have a local hotsauce shop, pm me. I have requests and will send free Mint G mops.
habaneros are good I use em to make homemade salsas. Toast em along with some tomatoes cilantro onions add a few jalapeno peppers for flavor(habs for the heat) blend that shit up
