I'm trying to do a straight-letter, but it always comes out looking like shit. I was inspired by writers like mike, kuma, and kez. I like that legible, yet stylish shit. Any tips?
@TheMastermind Try doing them one "bar" at a time. What i mean is dont try and assume where the letter would come out on the other side, continue all your lines, ull have lines in the middle of letters but once u fill it in you wont see them. If that makes any sense to you. Then once youve been doing that stuff a while ull be able to just do an outline but still have it look good
@Beav - just keep practicing. i know u said you took insperation from those dudes but that doesnt mean your going to produce like them. Your not doing bad right now just keep at it, also maybe try adding some shadow, also also try using some paper.
@spitze fix up the p and that t looks like a lower case r. imo you should probably work on a handstyle before posting in the throwie forum. hit me up with some crits plz some pencil outlines shitty paint fills
Tell me what you think, my cameras fucked up so I'm being thrifty with pictures the throwup a on the right
^hows that a throw? Grabs love how u can make almost any word look dope with ur throws. I can barely get my name to look good lol
@metal the black and blue one is dope as fuck @slug stick to paper for now. Throwups aren't supposed to be drippy, by the way.
