Ego - Good start. You should add more detail so it becomes more interesting and has your own style.
Czar - Dope face. A lot of people do em similar to that (including me) but you have nice style. Just work on defining the top of the head and the chin more. The majority of the face is really detailed but the shape of the top of the head and chin are not at all.

I second that! (the monotone thing) and try using crayons/colored pencils/pastels on construction paper, the stuff u can do with the white, shades is mad cool.
