    Yep.

But if you've got a disposable income and can flip $400K for a car... that shouldn't matter. :D

    350's are a bitch
    especially in chicago weather

it was my 1st car, handed down to me, i just had to finish payments on it

great car aside from it being almost impossible to see out of, obviously the traction was terrible in the snow...had to put premium fuel in it too, or else it simply doesnt run right

sold it and got a mitsubishi 3000gt with a blitz turbo dropped in

i lowered the 350, threw some 18in bbs deep dishes on there, and put a hks catback underneath..she was gorgeous

i drive this thing now, hahaha
..i know its not a tuner

yer i havent seen a honda with purple...and to be fair purple is my favourite color...so meh :D but i like it...would get painted that color no matter if people hated it or not :p

I kept cracking the front lip on speed bumps, and potholes...so instead of spending like 30 quid a time to fiberglass it back together and then paint it...i just cable tied it back together...works well...and gets people talking about it :D

thats the thing...they arent time bombs...if you have wear on the cylinder walls through fucked pistons etc, or just shit oil...then yes....but if the blocks been looked after and services you should have no problem running a stock honda block at 400hp...
but yep as you said always best to get the sleeves fitted by a reputable company, but i bet they still go wrong from time to time....

There's a difference between ricer and tuner. Ricers are fags who bolt on fart cans and lambo doors, and cheap plastic bodykits and shit..

    Anyway, here's my 95 Prelude. H22

no you SHOULDNT have a problem. ive known people do it but eventually no matter how well you take care of it 400hp on a stock block is asking for a cracked sleeve. you lean out one time and it pops. there isnt any room for things like that to happen on higher compression. obviously a lower compression motor like a ls is better than a c5 because the compression is much lower. still running that much is just stupid. if your gonna spend all the money to make 400 why not sleeve it, have a peice of mind and be able to upgrade to 700+ down the road. they do mess up sleeving stuff but its human error as with anything. some people have cluches that shit out on less hp than they should hold others run them on more hp with no problem.

Fuck that. These things can only handle like 5-7 lbs on a t3/t4 on stock internals.

And they're heavy as hell. I'd just boost a single cam hatch if I wanted to go fast and be reliable. I just like the Lude because you dont see them everywhere
