    lol. if I crave something I eat it, just in moderation. It's not good to deprive yourself of shit you love cause that's how binge eating happens. Try buying some light mayo or something lol

    just turned 16,6"2,and last time i checked 87kg...yeah im a fat bitch lol

    im 16, 5'8" and weight 122 pounds ive been tring to gain weight then work out and turn it to muscle but im inpersistant but i heard that eat a gram of protein per pound u weigh is the fastest way to gain weight is this true

    thats the way to go if you combine it with a heavy daily workout, before to get some carbs in you before you hit the gym though, it'll give you energy without adding unwanted fat

    just eat alot of protien n carbs n diet n get lean...and i think its about 190lbs..whats youre specs bags?

    i'm 19, 6'1'' and about 200-203lbs. I was recently up to 210, but I lost some weight in the past week and a half.

    Any one got any tips of Pushups and Situps how meny should i start with ? and do i slowly build them up so i do more and more every session ?

    haha you never now although i admit the 500kg deadlift will probably only be achievable in a about 10+ years
