im 16, 5'8" and weight 122 pounds ive been tring to gain weight then work out and turn it to muscle but im inpersistant but i heard that eat a gram of protein per pound u weigh is the fastest way to gain weight is this true
thats the way to go if you combine it with a heavy daily workout, before to get some carbs in you before you hit the gym though, it'll give you energy without adding unwanted fat
