ahh yeh im mad short. as you can tell, haha i tell kids my weight nd they dont beleive me ahhaha.
how much you wiegh 210 or was that how much u lift?

aw man.. i can barely do 30 pushups but i can do like 450 situps and for anything you do bad at my school they make you do pushups my mom makes me take all these vitamin pills and shit i take like 5 every day

i work out every other day, with situps n pushups everyday, 2 gain muscle wt im a skinny lil guy

I'm about to pick up on this routine of dvd's (my grandma shelled out for 'em outta nowhere. Old lady is fucking awesome I tell you.)
I tried the first 'day' a couple weeks ago just to see what it's like, damn. Forty to eighty minutes almost non-stop. The people on the video are all "okay it's the second half and I'm feelin worn out, I'm only gonna do thirty reps". My arms give out on the way up from #2.
oh and sinn, I didn't read your first post, but anorexia really doesn't do much for you. This guy I know is too lazy to try and eat right, so he just reverts to that once in awhile. He'll lose like, thirty, be really tired/angry for a month, then start eating again and gain back like 50.
