I write inks and have been for the past 11 years out of Sydney, Australia. I messed around with a few other words before inks, but only for a year or two so I don’t really count that. There is no real story behind the word, I just scribbled it one day after making the decision to try and make my own ink for markers…inks. The list of writers I admire can go on and on, best to say I get most of my inspiration from crew(TNS) & mates I paint with regularly, and of course its hard not be inspired by other writers all over the world, which is largely accessible now(which doesn’t bother me). Style wise I like seeing stuff that pops, good to look at. I like to think of my style as a public style – but with my own flex and bend on it. Im still not completely satisfied though, and to be honest i don’t know what direction I’m heading with it, I’ve never really thought about it until this, I’m just chilling and enjoying every moment of it!
