Greetings everyone, I’m Jefr from Malaysia. I started painting in 2012. Growing up in a busy Asian metropolis where every culture and taste smash together makes an interesting playground for graffiti writers or artists; colours are around you on every corner of the streets. When it comes to painting, speed, and quality are very important to me, especially when the city doesn’t sleep and eyes are watching. Besides that, I pay huge attention to colours and forms, depending on where I am. My style gradually evolves to take on a much simpler structure, and from there I mix and match a few elements together, forming my own character. I find joy in doing that now and experimenting with different mediums or techniques to expand my work.
