Waddup bombing science! Thank you for the feature. I’m a big fan and have been a loyal viewer for the better part of 15 years. I write Naber, and I’m from Louisville, Kentucky.

I was always interested in graffiti as a kid, but got more serious, and started painting in 2010-2011. My childhood house was half a mile from a busy freight line leaving the city and I would admire the panels that passed. Some of my earliest influences in Louisville were legends here like 2buck, Frank, Mines, or Kamel. Around that time it seemed like Detroit was really popping so a lot of my favorites at the time that weren’t local to Louisville were writers like Gasm, Elmer, Loaf, or Army. I loved the legible straight letters and strong letter structures. I grew up writing with my crew of friends called TSG who consisted of a bunch of kids who frequented the local skateparks, and that’s how most of us met. We would hang out at my house and watch bombing videos, skate videos, play GTA, and just get into trouble. We spent a lot of time on 12 OZ Prophet and Bombing Science forums. We loved trading black books and picking up styles from each other. I got caught painting or tagging 4 times by police in the first two years I started, but those are times I’ll never forget with some people that I loved dearly that are no longer with us. RIP Lemen. RIP Nosa.

My main focus for most of my early graffiti career was bombing and walls, but over the last few years I’ve developed a stronger love for trains, and spend a lot of time trying to stay consistent on them more. I paint a lot of hoppers, but will paint anything that is at the spot if it’s available.

I’m all about respect, and the culture, and want to see it flourish and people take it seriously. With social media it sometimes feels like everything has changed, but graffiti is still alive and well. Louisville is a great city with a lot of history, and if you’ve never been to Louisville, ask someone who has and they will probably tell you how surprisingly big the graffiti scene is here. Some of my favorite writers here currently are friends like Hovez, TDUP, Soare, Aemo, and Naku. Special shout-out to Ohgod for being a great painting partner. Shoutout my dog Neen in Chicago for always being a good friend over the years. Shoutout to Leb, Aboz, Esey and Dufle in Detroit for the hospitality in 2024 at Aerosol Nightmares. Shoutout to 2buck Invitational in Louisville every September. And shouted to all the fallen Louisville writers like Lemen, Nosa, 2buck, Relo, and Unkle.

Thanks again Bombing Science for the opportunity! It’s a huge honor, and I appreciate the support.
