Between volcano rocks and a tiny city, you will find a very active graffiti scene in Reykjavik. For an island with a population of just over 300,000, lost in the Atlantic ocean on the edge of Greenland, this is quite impressive. The graffiti influences in Iceland are definitely linked to the Northern European scenes, sharing its naive aesthetic.
We had the chance to visit Reykjavik a couple of weeks ago and here’s what we found on its streets:
