Hi, I’m Slaze, graffiti writer from Jakarta, Indonesia. I have been writing since 2005.
My inspiration for painting comes from the graffiti and murals in the train station in Jakarta. I commute by train and during that time I am exposed to these artworks on the wall, which is why I decided to become a writer.
I admire Can2, Kent, and Atom One (internationally). My countrymen (Indonesia) that I look up to are Darbotz and Yeah Artcoholic Crew.
A little bit about my style; I call it “Glitch” because for passerby’s this is like a visual glitch in real life, in the streets. I hope they find beauty in the “Glitches” that I have created and remember my artwork.
