What do you write?

SPICE

FST

Where are you from?

Go Cards baby! I grew up in Louisville Kentucky and remain true to my roots as I continue to pursue my creative dreams in New York City.

How long have you been writing?

I started writing Spice over 10 years ago. The captain of our crew, my graffiti mentor and close friend, Mines, gave me the name and it stuck. The name has gone thru a lot of iterations of style over the years.

Tell us about your style?

Midwest player! I didn’t really realize it till I got to New York and my good homie, Zexor, was like “damn your stuff is Midwest.” It makes sense, I came up studying great midwest writers  like: Heist RA, Tead TST, Cake OPM, When DF, Pose D30, Denz TAC and  Mines FST.

My approach to painting is that I’ve got to be the best – keeping in mind that I must be able to do everything: tags, throws, straights, pieces, productions, everything. Nothing against anyone but I love real graffiti and that’s what I try to do.

Who are some of your favorite writers right now?

Nowadays I get my inspiration from all over. Some of my favorite writers right now are Mast IMOK, Grey PVC, Kick MSK, fours crew and Sake BTM. But the dude that is doing the most, and shocks me on the regular with what he can pull off is Konqr TTK FST.

Shout outs: Much love to all my Krews: Family Stays True,  Kids Foolin Cops, Star Wars, and Try Keeping Up. My whole family and all of my friends – you know who you are. I love you 2BUCK FOREVER!!!!!

Thank you to all of the benchers getting great photos of the trains and sharing the photos. Especially thank you to @hooiserboxcar for the BNSF photo.
