Born and raised in Southern California. Grew up on old-fashioned country western music and movies, and the railroad is a huge staple in both of those areas, so that is where my love for trains stems from. Painted the first SUE57 train in 2006. I choose not to represent any crews—I do this for me. Nobody else.

I had a ton of inspiration growing up, but I’m only gonna shout out ORALE! RIP Orale 100%—he is the one who really got me started on trains. A great friend and a king on the rails.

A lot of people ask me if the name stems from the Johnny Cash song “A Boy Named Sue,” and although I love Johnny and that song, the answer is no. Sue is my mother’s name. My family is the most important thing in the world to me, so I will make sure my mother’s name is immortalized on the rails forever.

Quick shoutout to my pals that I paint with—Big5, Ergs, Snot, Cheko, and Style. And shoutout to Dang for the high-quality tools of the trade.
