I write TAIO TKO TCK from Glasgow, Scotland. I started painting graffiti in 2008 and it’s been love ever since. I was influenced early on from crews in Scotland ER in Glasgow and MSC in Edinburgh. It’s a small scene in Scotland compared to other European countries but in some ways that’s what makes it great. We never had a positive attitude to Graffiti here with no legal spots etc but the city has been bombed since the 70s with tags known locally as ‘menchies’. These days with graffiti being so global I’m inspired by artists all over and from my own travels. My style started from years of bombing to develop into more colourful peices with characters that I now paint in abandoned spots all over the city. Trying to keep pushing things forward but remaining true to the roots and traditions is key for me ! Thanks for the support
