I go by the moniker TradeOne, based out of Los Angeles. I’ve been writing since 1989 and have gone by Trade since 1992. I’ve been pushing my art as well as graffiti with my primary tool as spray paint. Maybe it’s because of the The Hollywood Culture here, but movies and music have always been a big inspiration for me. ET, Enemy Mine, Aliens were all dope but I think the movies that changed my life the most were Star Wars and Beat Street. To this day, I still spray paint Star Wars characters anywhere I can. Inspiration is an awesome force and I hope at this point in my graff career that I can inspire others the way I was inspired. Getting up is fun, but I’ve always loved burners. OG stylemasters like Skill UTI, Pale STP, Panic UTI, Precise SH and Hex TGO really put a mark in the scene and ignited a fire in me that’s still burning. These days I paint around town as often as I can with my painting partners Rek2, Saints, Chore and Thus. Big Shout out to my Crews THC and UTI. RIP MCA, SERCH, KWITE, SKESK
