How Do You Make Homemade ink Thicker
If you re-burn those ashes you'll end up with a good additive to thicken the ink slightly as well as adding opacity. Generally I'd just add more pens if it was too thin instead of stuffing around with shit like honey.

Im also new but this is really cool! Is it based on the guizhou province in china? I think it looks like guszou rn but if you make the tops of the I more defined or make it a lowercase i then it would be more readable. Your style is really nice...
